Where will the retreat be held?
Charlotte, North Carolina! Easily accessible by train or car, the Queen City offers a vibrant atmosphere for this getaway destination.
What does the registration cost include?
The cost includes:
- Accommodation for 2 days and 1 night
- Double occupancy room stay
- Catered meals for breakfast, and lunch. Plus, snacks and coffee service.
- Swag bag
- Dynamic keynote speaker
Is Transportation included in the registration?
Transportation is not included. We recommend booking a relaxing train ride from Raleigh to Charlotte or coordinating a carpool with other attendees. Learn more about train round trips here -> Amtrak.
Are non-RNCC members allowed to attend?
Absolutely! The retreat is open to all adult women ages 18 and up
Can I pay for the trip in full at the time of deposit?
Yes! You can pay in full anytime before the final payment deadline.
Can I pay the full amount on the last due date?
No, payments must be made on schedule to meet hotel deadlines.
Can I receive a refund or transfer my payment if I can't attend after making a deposit and subsequent payments?
No, all payments, including deposits, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If I miss the date for my payment, can I still make my payment?
You have a 5-day grace period after the due date. After that, the payment is forfeited.
What is the itinerary?
Details will be shared before the retreat (kickoff meeting information to come).
Will there be leisure time to explore Charlotte?
Yes! Scheduled free time and activity suggestions will be included.
What food options will be available?
The menu is pre-selected with consideration for dietary preferences.
What payment options are available?
Deposits and Payment Schedule:
Initial Deposit (includes April and May payment) $350 Due: May 25
Final Payment $150 Due: June 25
When can I check in and check out?
Departure and Arrival Times:
August 29th – Hotel check-in begins at 3:00pm
August 30th – Depart Charlotte Hotel after 4pm
