A Vision for the Future of Raleigh North Christian Center
“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,”
— Ephesians 3:20
Why This Moment
Matters
Lives have been changed.
Families have been strengthened.
Marriages have been restored.
Children have discovered the love of God and begun their own journey of faith.
As God continues to draw more people into this community, we are beginning to feel the limits of our current space.
Ministry is growing.
Families are coming.
Children are filling our classrooms.
And the question before us now is simple:
Will we make room for what God is doing next?
The Breakthrough Together Vision
Breakthrough Together is a two-year spiritual journey and generosity initiative as we pursue 100% participation and believe God for $11 million to expand the impact of Raleigh North Christian Center.
This vision is bigger than a building.
We have an opportunity to create an environment where the next generation will discover God, where families will grow in faith, and where our community will continue to experience hope and transformation.
Together, we step into the future God prepared for Raleigh North.
The Impact of Breakthrough Together
Our vision centers on three areas where God is calling us to expand our impact.
Our Family
Breakthrough Together strengthens the spiritual life of our church family.
Through discipleship, prayer, and generosity, we grow together as followers of Christ and deepen the faith that sustains our lives and our families.
All are invited to participate in this shared journey of faith.
Our Church
As Raleigh North continues to grow, we need space that supports the ministry happening every week.
Breakthrough Together will help prepare our church for the future through the development of our Blue Run Lane property, allowing us to expand worship, ministry opportunities, and connection across generations.
This vision creates room for children, students, families, and adults to experience community and transformation.
Our Community
Raleigh North has always been committed to serving beyond the walls of the church.
Breakthrough Together positions us to increase our outreach and continue being a place where people throughout our region can encounter hope, faith, and belonging.
Our vision is not only for our church family, but for the entire community we are called to serve.
A Word From Dr. Jeffery Chapman
For decades, God has been faithful to Raleigh North Christian Center.
From humble beginnings to the vibrant church we see today, every step has been guided by faith and the generosity of people who believed in what God was doing here.
Breakthrough Together is our opportunity to continue that legacy.
God is preparing the way for the next chapter of Raleigh North, and we invite every member of our church family to prayerfully consider how they can be part of what He is doing.
RNCC Family,
I am truly grateful for what God has been doing in and through Raleigh North Christian Center. Over the past 25 years, we have seen lives changed, families restored, and people come to know Jesus in a real and personal way. I am amazed at how God continues to move among us both corporately as a church and individually in the lives of His people.
At the heart of everything we do at RNCC is a simple but powerful calling: to build people up so they can live victorious lives. Our mission COME. GROW. LEAD. has guided us as we have pursued God with a Passion for Christ and Compassion for People. As your pastor, it is my responsibility to both protect that mission and prepare us for what God is doing next.
As God has grown our church, we have also encountered some real challenges that now require our attention. Our current facility, limited classroom space, and parking constraints have become barriers to reaching more people. Week after week, families arrive seeking hope, healing, and community but yet we are often forced to turn them away because we simply do not have the physical space to serve them well. Settling for these limitations as “church as usual” is not an option.
Inside these materials, you will see both a celebration of what God has already done and a clear vision for how we can move forward. For the past year, our leadership team has been prayerfully and strategically working through solutions, and I truly believe what God has placed before us is both necessary and exciting. Breakthrough Together is a mission-critical step that positions RNCC to expand its impact spiritually, relationally, and financially.
Let me be clear: this isn’t just about the space we’re building; it’s about the people we’re called to serve. It matters for the families still searching, the children still growing, and the people who have yet to experience the love and power of Jesus. That is why my family and I are fully committed to this vision and are prayerfully preparing to invest sacrificially and faithfully in what God is calling us to do.
In the coming days, you will receive additional resources designed to help you better understand Breakthrough Together and how you can participate. I encourage you to take time to pray, reflect, and seek God’s direction. Our desire is that every member of RNCC feels informed, equipped, and invited to steward this vision alongside us.
Thank you for walking this journey with me. Very few churches are given the opportunity we now have. I believe with all my heart that as we move forward in faith, God will do exceedingly and abundantly more than we could ask or imagine.
With gratitude and love,
Dr. Jeffery Chapman, Sr.
Senior Pastor

The Future at Blue Run Lane
Breakthrough Together will prepare the way for the development of our 30-acre property at Blue Run Lane, creating a campus designed to support the life and ministry of Raleigh North for generations.
The vision includes three phases:
Phase One:
Worship Center
A new worship center will create space for our growing congregation and allow more people to gather together in worship, teaching, and community.
Phase Two:
Family Life Center
The Family Life Center will provide space for community events, sports leagues, youth activities, and gatherings that strengthen relationships and build connections across generations.
Phase Three:
Chapel
A beautiful and intimate chapel will provide a space for life’s sacred moments—weddings, celebrations, and special gatherings for our church family.
This vision ensures Raleigh North remains a place where people feel welcomed, supported, and spiritually strengthened.
One Church. One Vision. One Fund.
Breakthrough Together operates through a One Fund approach.
Rather than giving to multiple funds or campaigns, our church comes together to support one unified vision.
Every gift given during this two-year journey supports the ongoing ministry of Raleigh North while also helping move the Breakthrough Together vision forward.
This approach reflects our commitment to unity as a church family and ensures every contribution moves the mission forward.
Stories from Our Church Family
Breakthrough Together is about people whose lives have been touched by the ministry of Raleigh North.
Members of our church family share how Raleigh North has shaped their faith, strengthened their families, and helped them grow in their relationship with God. Their stories remind us why this vision matters.

Luke 6:38 says, “Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap.” As we applied what we learned and trusted God with our finances, we also committed to giving and investing in the vision of RNCC. Supporting the church and its mission has been incredibly meaningful for us because we have seen firsthand how the teachings, leadership, and resources.

How You Can Participate
Breakthrough Together invites each of us to seek God personally about how we should respond. A good commitment decision begins with the right posture of the heart.
Pray
Before making any commitment, take time to pray and ask God how He would lead you to participate in Breakthrough Together.
Personal
Proportional
A proportional commitment reflects a gift that represents sacrifice and trust in God’s provision.
Pleasing
As we seek His guidance, the Holy Spirit may stretch our faith and lead us to new levels of generosity and trust.
Peace
That peace comes from knowing we have made a commitment that honors Him and supports the vision He has placed before our church.
